Our client required a high quality window system for their large detached house in Little Aston.
Wanting a change from the white UPVC windows they settled on an Residence 9 flush sash window system, externally in Irish Oak with leaded glass and internally in Grained White with pear drop chrome hardware.
Two sets of French Doors finished the project nicely.
A really good choice by our client, transforming the look of their beautiful property along with great work by our designer and installation team.
Our customer required a high quality window system for their period townhouse in the heart of Sutton Coldfield.
Deciding they wanted a timber-alternative, flush sash window they looked at both Evolution Windows and The Residence Collection finally deciding on Residence 9 in Clotted Cream colour with the addition of Georgian bars to authentically replicate how the windows should look in a property of this type. All this plus the benefit of superior thermal, acoustic, strength and security performance.
A fantastic job to work on, it was great to see the transformation beautiful windows can make to a period property.
Our customer lives in a 19th Century cottage within the Lichfield conservation area.
She was experiencing problems with her existing aluminium slider windows with noise, condensation and heat loss. We installed Residence 9 flush sash windows in Painswick with the addition of Georgian bars to authentically replicate how the windows should look in a property of this type. All this plus the benefit of superior thermal, acoustic, strength and security performance.
She already had two Solidor front doors on the property, so we painted them a dark grey to compliment the Painswick of the windows.
Result… A very happy customer.
